REGULAMENTOS LOCAIS: REGLAMENTO LOCAL DEL AERÓDROMO / LOCAL AERODROME REGULATIONS - Las operaciones se ajustarán a las normas operativas generales establecidas en la parte ENR 1.1, Anexo BRAVO, reemplazando el punto C, cuyo valor es de 2.000 ft - Prohibidas las operaciones sin enlace con el control. - Circuito de tránsito para Pista 13/31, se realizará exclusivamente al norte del eje de Pista. - No se permite realizar actividad de vuelo nocturno de Adiestramiento, Instrucción y escuela en el Aeródromo, excepto previa coordinación y autorización del jefe de aeródromo (ver Parte AD 2.23 INFORMACIÓN SUPLEMENTARIA / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION). - Actividad eléctrica: El personal que desempeñe sus funciones en la plataforma del aeródromo deberá cumplir con lo establecido en el Protocolo de Seguridad en Plataforma ante la Detección de Actividad Eléctrica, siempre que se active el sistema de alerta correspondiente. / - Operations will be in accordance with the general operating rules, Annex BRAVO, established in part ENR 1.1, replacing point C, whose value is 2,000 ft. - Prohibited operations without link with control. - The traffic circuit for Runway 13/31 will be exclusively to the North of the Runway axis. - Night flight training, instruction, and school activities are not allowed at the aerodrome, except with prior coordination and authorization from the Head of Aerodrome (see Part AD 2.23 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION). - Electrical activity: Personnel performing their duties on the aerodrome apron shall comply with the provisions of the Apron Safety Protocol for the Detection of Electrical Activity, whenever the corresponding warning system is activated. AD 2.21 PROCEDIMIENTOS DE ATENUACIÓN DEL RUIDO / NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES Se aplicarán los procedimientos generales de atenuación de ruido establecidos en la Parte 2 – ENR 1.5. / The general noise abatement procedures set forth in Part 2 - ENR 1.5 shall apply. AD 2.22 PROCEDIMIENTOS DE VUELO / FLIGHT PROCEDURES TAR U/S Radar de vigilancia de área terminal - Inutilizable / Terminal Area Surveillance Radar – Unusable AD 2.23 INFORMACIÓN SUPLEMENTARIA / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Precaución por presencia de aves en las proximidades del AD. - Servicio Control Aviario a cargo Aeropuertos Argentina, horario HJ. - Plataforma: El área aeronáutica no dispone de sendas peatonales. - Caminos de acceso de emergencia: No dispone de los mismos. - Área de movimiento: El personal autorizado debe usar chaleco refractivo. - Las solicitudes de excepción para operaciones vuelos nocturnos de Adiestramiento, Instrucción y escuela deberán ser dirigidas al jefe del Aeropuerto, mediante nota al correo electrónico ydMDP@anac.gob.ar o al móvil (+54 9 11) 23786467 en horario administrativo de la ANAC (08:00 a 14:00 LT) con antelación mínima de 24 HR, cuyas solicitudes deberán contener la siguiente información: 1) Nombre y apellido. 2) DNI. 3) Datos de la aeronave: Tipo y Matrícula. 4) Al arribo al aeropuerto se deberá presentar la siguiente documentación: Licencia del piloto, Certificación médica aeronáutica (CMA), habilitación aeronave y constancia de seguro obligatorio. / - Caution due to the presence of birds near the AD. - Avian Control Service in charge of Aeropuertos Argentina, HJ schedule. - Apron: The aeronautical area does not have pedestrian walkways. - Emergency access roads: None available. - Movement area: Authorized personnel must wear reflective vests. - Requests for exceptions for night training, instruction, and school flights shall be addressed to the Head of the Airport by email at ydMDP@anac.gob.ar or by mobile at (+54 9 11) 23786467 during ANAC office hours (08:00 to 14:00 LT) at least 24 hours in advance. Requests shall contain the following information: 1) First and last name. 2) National Identity Document (ID) number. 3) Aircraft details: Type and registration number. 4) Upon arrival at the airport, the following documentation must be presented: Pilot's license, aeronautical medical certificate (CMA), aircraft certification, and proof of mandatory insurance.
