REGULAMENTOS LOCAIS: REGLAMENTO LOCAL DEL AERÓDROMO / LOCAL AERODROME REGULATIONS
- Prohibición de prueba de motores en horario nocturno: Se prohíbe efectuar prueba de motores dentro de la franja horaria comprendida entre las 03:00 y las 10:00 UTC.
- Restricción de operaciones de entrenamiento (toque y motor) y vuelos de instrucción nocturnos entre las 21:00 UTC y las 11:00 UTC.
- Procedimiento de “one-engine taxi”: Para los vuelos comprendidos entre las 03:00 y las 10:00 UTC, durante la maniobra de rodaje de ingreso, y hasta llegar a la posición asignada, la aeronave sólo podrá utilizar un motor durante toda la maniobra.
- Utilización de la unidad auxiliar y de energía (Auxiliar Power Unit: APU): Para los vuelos comprendidos entre las 03:00 y las 10:00 UTC, unidad de Potencia Auxiliar (APU) sólo permitido encenderlo hasta 10 MIN antes del horario de salida y 10 MIN después de haber frenado en la posición asignada en APN”.
- Solicitud de posición: Las aeronaves de aviación general y/o escuelas de vuelo que requieran operación nocturna y/o pernocte con asignación de posición en plataforma deberán coordinar autorización con AA2000: Móvil (+54 9 11) 45690826 / (+54 11) 47587089 Interno 101.
- Restricción: Las operaciones con aeronaves comerciales están restringidas, excepto vuelos de sanidad, estado y militares, entre las 01:00 UTC y las 10:00 UTC.
- Concentración de aves en proximidades del aeropuerto.
- Prohibition of engine testing during nighttime hours: It is forbidden to test engines between 03:00 and 10:00 UTC.
- Restriction of training operations (touch and go) and night instruction flights between 21:00 UTC and 11:00 UTC.
- “One-engine taxi” procedure: For flights between 03:00 and 10:00 UTC, during the inbound taxiing maneuver, and until reaching the assigned position, the aircraft may only use one engine during the entire maneuver.
- Use of the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU): For flights between 03:00 and 10:00 UTC, the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) is only allowed to be switched on up to 10 MIN before departure time and 10 MIN after braking at the assigned position in APN".
- Position request: General aviation aircraft and/or flight schools that require night operation and/or overnight stay with assignment of an apron position shall coordinate authorization with AA2000: Mobile (+549 11) 45690826 / (+54 11) 47587089 Extension 101.
- Restriction: Commercial aircraft operations are restricted, except for sanitary, State, and military flights, between 01:00 and 10:00 UTC
- Bird concentration near the airport.
PROCEDIMENTOS DE ATENUAÇÃO DE RUÍDO: PROCEDIMIENTOS DE ATENUACIÓN DEL RUIDO / NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES
- Los procedimientos de atenuación de ruido son de cumplimiento obligatorio para todas las aeronaves, tanto en VMC como en IMC, excepto en situaciones de emergencia o cuando existan condiciones operacionales adversas. Se consideran condiciones operacionales adversas, entre otras, las siguientes: a) cuando la pista no está despejada o seca, es decir, cuando esté adversamente afectada por nieve fundente, hielo, agua, Iodo, caucho, aceite u otras sustancias. b) cuando la componente transversal del viento, incluyendo los efectos de las ráfagas, excede de 28 km/h (15 kt). c) cuando la componente de cola del viento, incluyendo los efectos de las ráfagas, excede de 9 km/h (5 kt); y d) cuando se ha notificado o pronosticado gradiente del viento o cuando se prevean tormentas que afecten la aproximación o la salida.
- Horario restringido de ruido: Todas las operaciones realizadas entre las 03:00 y las 10:00 UTC, están sujetas al cumplimiento de los procedimientos de atenuación de ruido y la utilización de aeronaves certificadas como Capítulo 3 en cuanto al nivel de ruido excepto los vuelos sanitarios y de aeronaves públicas.
- Requisitos para operar entre las 03:00 y las 10:00 UTC: Los explotadores de aeronaves que prevean operar dentro del horario restringido por ruido, presentarán por única vez, una copia del Certificado de Homologación en cuanto al Ruido extendido por la Dirección Nacional de Aeronavegabilidad de cada aeronave cuya operación se prevea dentro de la franja horaria establecida, a la Jefatura del aeropuerto. Dicha copia, debidamente autenticada por autoridad aeronáutica competente, quedará en poder de la mencionada jefatura. Una segunda copia de este certificado se llevará a bordo de la aeronave para el caso que sea requerida en la oficina ARO de otro aeródromo de despegue, previamente a la aceptación del plan de vuelo. a) Despegue entre las 03:00 y las 10:00 UTC: Utilización de empuje reducido. Posterior al despegue, mantener entre V2 + 10 a V2 + 20 hasta la altitud de aceleración. Utilizar empuje de ascenso (Climb Thrust) a partir de los 800 ft, altitud de aceleración 3.000 ft. b) Aterrizaje entre las 03:00 y las 10:00 UTC: Realizar aproximaciones con bajo empuje y baja resistencia, demorando la configuración final de aterrizaje para disminuir el empuje necesario (“Low Power/ Low Drag”). No utilizar reversores de empuje de motor en la carrera de aterrizaje cuando sea posible, más allá del reversor en ralentí.
- Noise abatement procedures are mandatory for all aircraft, both in VMC and IMC, except in emergencies or when adverse operational conditions exist. Adverse operational conditions include, but are not limited to, the following: a) when the runway is not clear or dry, i.e., when it is adversely affected by melting snow, ice, water, Iodine, rubber, oil or other substances. b) when the crosswind component, including the effects of gusts, exceeds 28 km/h (15 kt). c) when the tailwind component, including the effects of gusts, exceeds 9 km/h (5 kt); and d) when wind gradient has been reported or forecast or when thunderstorms affecting the approach or departure are forecast.
- Noise Restricted Hours: All operations conducted between 03:00 and 10:00 UTC, are subject to compliance with noise abatement procedures and the use of Chapter 3 certified aircraft in terms of noise level except for sanitary and public aircraft flights.
- Requirements for operation between 03:00 and 10:00 UTC: Aircraft operators that plan to operate within the noise restricted hours shall submit, once only, a copy of the Noise Approval Certificate issued by the National Airworthiness Directorate of each aircraft whose operation is planned within the established time slot, to the Airport Head Office. Said copy, duly authenticated by the competent aeronautical authority, shall remain in the possession of the aforementioned head office. A second copy of this certificate shall be carried on board the aircraft in case it is required at the ARO office of another take-off aerodrome, prior to the acceptance of the flight plan. a) Take-off between 03:00 and 10:00 UTC: Use reduced thrust. After takeoff, maintain between V2 + 10 to V2 + 20 up to acceleration altitude. Use Climb Thrust from 800 ft, acceleration altitude 3,000 ft. b) Landing between 03:00 and 10:00 UTC: Perform approaches with low thrust and low drag, delaying the final landing configuration to decrease the thrust required ("Low Power/ Low Drag"). Do not use engine thrust reversers on the landing run when possible, beyond the idle reverser.
PROCEDIMENTOS DE VOO: PROCEDIMIENTOS DE VUELO / FLIGHT PROCEDURES
- Solicitar permiso previo al ingreso a la ATZ y previo a la puesta en marcha.
- Las operaciones se realizarán de acuerdo a las Normas Generales para operaciones en aeródromos ubicados debajo de áreas de control terminal, ANEXO BRAVO, ENR 1.1, Incisos b) y e).
- Altura máxima del circuito de tránsito es de 2.000 ft.
- El circuito de tránsito se realizará exclusivamente al NE del eje de pista 17/35.
- Se prohíbe el vuelo local de adiestramiento o instrucción de aeronaves reactores o turbohélices.
- Aeródromo controlado. Prohibidas las operaciones sin enlace con el control.
- Precaución presencia de fauna en el área de movimiento.

- Request permission prior to entering the ATZ and prior to start-up.
- Operations shall be performed according to the General Rules for operations at aerodromes located below terminal control areas, ANNEX BRAVO, ENR 1.1, Sections b) and e).
- Maximum altitude of the traffic circuit is 2,000 ft.
- The traffic circuit shall be exclusively to the NE of runway axis 17/35.
- Local training or instruction flights of jet or turboprop aircraft are prohibited.
- Controlled aerodrome. Operations without link with control are prohibited.
- Caution wildlife present in the movement area.
