REGULAMENTOS LOCAIS: REGLAMENTO LOCAL DEL AERÓDROMO / LOCAL AERODROME REGULATIONS
- Las operaciones se ajustarán a las normas operativas generales establecidas en la parte ENR 1.1, Anexo BRAVO, reemplazando el punto C, cuyo valor es de 2.000 ft.
- Prohibidas las operaciones sin enlace con el control.
- El circuito de tránsito se realizará al Sudoeste del eje de pista.
- Carta IAC NRO 2 ILS/ DME RWY 31, exclusivamente con vectoreo radar FOZ, en servicio desde 10:00-01:00 UTC / - Operations will be in accordance with the general operating rules, Annex BRAVO, established in part ENR 1.1, replacing point C, whose value is 2,000 ft. - Prohibited operations without link with control. - The traffic circuit will be to the Southwest of the runway axis. - IAC Chart Number 2 ILS/ DME RWY 31, exclusively with FOZ radar vectoring, in service from 10:00-01:00 UTC.
PROCEDIMENTOS DE ATENUAÇÃO DE RUÍDO: PROCEDIMIENTOS DE ATENUACIÓN DEL RUIDO / NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES
Se aplicarán los procedimientos generales de atenuación de ruido establecidos en la Parte 2 – ENR 1.5. / The general noise abatement procedures set forth in Part 2 - ENR 1.5 shall apply.
PROCEDIMENTOS DE VOO: PROCEDIMIENTOS DE VUELO / FLIGHT PROCEDURES
TRÁNSITO VFR
Circuitos de tránsito. Los circuitos de tránsito para los aeródromos de Cataratas del Iguazú, Foz do Iguazú, Ciudad del Este (Guaraní), Hernandarias (Itaipú) y para el sobrevuelo turístico de las Cataratas, serán efectuados como se indica a continuación en los Anexos “A” y B”.
a. Cataratas del Iguazú Circuito tipo hipódromo al SSW del eje de la pista
b. Foz do Iguazú Circuito tipo hipódromo al NNE del eje de la pista
c. Hernandarias (ITAIPU) Circuito tipo hipódromo al WNW del eje de la pista
d. Ciudad del Este (GUARANI) Circuito tipo hipódromo al WNW del eje de la pista
Todos los vuelos VFR que operen en el TMA Foz o en las CTR Cataratas, Foz y Guaraní deberán disponer de equipo de comunicaciones que permitan establecer enlace radioeléctrico en ambos sentidos con las dependencias ATS correspondientes. Las operaciones que se efectúen sobre las Cataratas del Río Iguazú deberán ser previamente coordinadas y autorizadas por la Torre de Control Cataratas, ajustándose al circuito de tránsito previsto en los Anexos “A y B”, por consiguiente, al no requerirse el permiso de tránsito, el vuelo no es considerado VFR Controlado. Los vuelos ocasionales sobre las Cataratas del Río Iguazú que sobrevuelen parte del Parque Nacional de Iguazú, Argentina, además de las coordinaciones necesarias entre las Torre de Control de Foz y de Cataratas solamente podrán ser efectuados con una altura mínima de 900 m (3.000 ft). A efecto de cumplimentar lo especificado en los párrafos anteriores, las aeronaves que operen desde aeródromos, helipuntos o helipuertos situados en las FIR de Asunción, Curitiba y Resistencia alcanzarán o abandonarán la altitud establecida por la Torre de Control Cataratas, en los espacios aéreos de las FIR incorporándose posteriormente al circuito. Se acuerda el uso de la fraseología adoptada por la OACI en español para las comunicaciones del APP FOZ con las dependencias ATS de Argentina y Paraguay, y con las aeronaves cuyas tripulaciones se comuniquen en idioma español. / VFR TRAFFIC
Traffic circuits. The Traffic circuits for the aerodromes of Iguazú Falls, Foz do Iguazú, Ciudad del Este (Guarani), Hernandarias (Itaipu) and for the tourist overflight of the Falls, shall be carried out as indicated below in Annexes "A" and "B".
a. Iguazú Falls Racetrack type circuit to the SSW of the runway axis.
b. Foz do Iguaçu Racetrack type circuit to the NNE of the runway axis
c. Hernandarias (ITAIPU) Racetrack type circuit to the WNW of the runway axis.
d. Ciudad del Este (GUARANI) Racetrack type circuit to the WNW of the runway axis.
All VFR flights operating in the Foz TMA or in the Cataratas, Foz and Guarani CTRs must have communications equipment to establish a two-way radio link with the corresponding ATS units. Operations over the Iguazú River Falls must be previously coordinated and authorized by the Cataratas Control Tower, following the traffic circuit foreseen in Annexes "A and B", therefore, since the traffic permit is not required, the flight is not considered Controlled VFR. Occasional flights over the Iguazú River Falls that overfly part of the Iguazú National Park, Argentina, in addition to the necessary coordination between the Foz and Iguazú Falls Control Towers, may only be performed with a minimum altitude of 900 m (3,000 ft). In order to comply with the above paragraphs, aircraft operating from aerodromes, heliports or helipads located in the FIRs of Asuncion, Curitiba and Resistencia shall reach or leave the altitude established by the Cataratas Control Tower, in the airspaces of the FIRs and then join the circuit. It is agreed to use the phraseology adopted by ICAO in Spanish for FOZ APP communications with the ATS units of Argentina and Paraguay, and with aircraft whose crews communicate in Spanish.
