REGULAMENTOS LOCAIS: REGLAMENTO LOCAL DEL AERÓDROMO / LOCAL AERODROME REGULATIONS
En las circunstancias detalladas en el ENR 1.4, el piloto que decida realizar vuelos VFR, deberá coordinar previamente con el Jefe de Aeródromo y/o Explotador de Aeródromo la asignación de PSN para estacionamiento, también con el Proveedor de Combustible (en caso de necesitarlo) y otras coordinaciones operativas necesarias. / In the circumstances detailed in ENR 1.4, the pilot who decides to perform VFR flights must previously coordinate with the Aerodrome Head and/or Aerodrome Operator the assignment of PSN for parking, also with the Fuel Supplier (in case of need) and other necessary operational coordination.

INFORMAÇÃO SUPLEMENTAR: INFORMACIÓN SUPLEMENTARIA / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
PSN NR 1 - Admite ACFT B-737-700, similar o menor porte. PSN NR 2 - Está destinada al estacionamiento de ACFT tipo B-737-200, similar o menor porte, penalizando las PSN NR 3, 4 y 5. PSN NR 3 - Admite ACFT hasta 16m de envergadura, tipo Citation I. PSN NR 4 y 5 - Están destinadas al estacionamiento de ACFT de la aviación general, tipo Piper, Cessna, similar o menor porte.
Ingresos: Los ingresos a las posiciones de la APN operativa podrán realizarse utilizando la planta de poder de las ACFT en todos los casos y bajo la asistencia de un señalero.
Salidas: Las ACFT estacionadas en las posiciones podrán iniciar el rodaje con la planta de poder propio (autónomas). Las ACFT estacionadas en la PSN NR 1, deberán abandonar las mismas con viraje cerrado a la derecha, tratando de no superar 1,2 EPR luego de romper inercia, de manera de no afectar la integridad de personas, equipo y edificaciones, debido a las reducidas dimensiones disponibles. Las ACFT que estacionen en PSN NR 2, abandonarán la misma con viraje cerrado a la izquierda siguiendo las mismas precauciones que para PSN NR 1. Las ACFT que estacionen en las PSN NR 3, 4 y 5 abandonarán las mismas con salida al frente hasta interceptar la línea de guía de rodaje.
Excepciones: Cuando la Autoridad Aeronáutica, considere necesario, podrá autorizar en coordinación con el Administrador de AA 2000, el ingreso y estacionamiento de ACFT en la APN que difieran de las establecidas en la presente disposición, con apoyo de señalero u otros medios disponibles que garanticen la seguridad de las OPS, principalmente por congestionamiento de APN, distribución de ACFT de la aviación general, pernocte y cuestiones o tipos de ACFT no contempladas en este documento.
CTN al iniciar la maniobra de rodaje, deberá observarse cuidadosamente la circulación de vehículos y personas en la APN y proximidades. Se recuerda que las ACFT tienen prioridad de circulación con respecto al tránsito de vehículos y peatones, por lo cual los responsables de Organismos, Administrador del Aeropuerto y Empresas que brindan servicios en la APN operativa, deberán adoptar las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su personal tenga conocimiento pleno de las presentes normas y medidas de seguridad aplicables durante su desplazamiento en la APN.
CTN por presencia de aves en las proximidades del AD. Habilitado para vuelo NGT. / PSN NR 1 - Admits ACFT B-737-700, similar or smaller size. PSN NR 2 - It is intended for the parking of ACFT type B-737-200, similar or smaller, penalizing PSN NR 3, 4 and 5. PSN NR 3 - It admits ACFT up to 16m wingspan, type Citation I. PSN NR 4 and 5 - They are intended for the parking of ACFT of general aviation, type Piper, Cessna, similar or smaller.
Entrances: Entrances to the positions of the operational APN may be made using the power plant of the ACFT in all cases and under the assistance of a marshaller.
Departures: The ACFT parked in the positions may start taxiing with their own power plant (autonomous). The ACFT parked in PSN NR 1 shall leave with a closed turn to the right, trying not to exceed 1.2 EPR after breaking inertia, so as not to affect the integrity of people, equipment and buildings, due to the reduced dimensions available. The ACFT that park in PSN NR 2 will leave with a closed turn to the left following the same precautions as for PSN NR 1.
Exceptions: When the Aeronautical Authority deems necessary, it may authorize in coordination with the AA 2000 Administrator, the entry and parking of ACFT in the APN that differ from those established in this provision, with the support of marshaller or other available means that guarantee the safety of the OPS, mainly due to congestion of APN, distribution of ACFT of general aviation, overnight stay and issues or types of ACFT not contemplated in this document.
CTN when starting the taxiing maneuver, the circulation of vehicles and people in the APN and vicinity should be carefully observed. It is reminded that ACFTs have priority of circulation with respect to vehicle and pedestrian traffic, therefore those responsible for Agencies, Airport Administrator and Companies that provide services in the operational APN, must take the necessary measures to ensure that their personnel are fully aware of these rules and applicable safety measures during their movement in the APN.
