REGULAMENTOS LOCAIS: REGLAMENTO LOCAL DEL AERÓDROMO / LOCAL AERODROME REGULATIONS
- Las OPS VFR deberán ajustarse a lo establecido en el ANEXO BRAVO, excepto el inciso c) donde debe reemplazarse el valor por 2.000 ft.
- En las circunstancias detalladas en el ENR 1.4, el piloto que decida realizar vuelos VFR, deberá coordinar previamente con el Jefe de Aeródromo y/o Explotador de Aeródromo la asignación de PSN para estacionamiento, también con el Proveedor de Combustible (en caso de necesitarlo) y otras coordinaciones operativas necesarias.
- VFR OPS shall conform to BRAVO ANNEX, except c) where the value should be replaced by 2,000 ft.
- In the circumstances detailed in ENR 1.4, the pilot who decides to perform VFR flights must previously coordinate with the Aerodrome Head and/or Aerodrome Operator the assignment of PSN for parking, also with the Fuel Supplier (in case of need) and other necessary operational coordination.
PROCEDIMENTOS DE ATENUAÇÃO DE RUÍDO: PROCEDIMIENTOS DE ATENUACIÓN DEL RUIDO / NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES
- Se aplicarán los procedimientos generales de atenuación de ruido establecidos en la Parte 2 – ENR 1.5. / - The general noise abatement procedures set forth in Part 2 - ENR 1.5 shall apply.
PROCEDIMENTOS DE VOO: PROCEDIMIENTOS DE VUELO / FLIGHT PROCEDURES
- Circuito de tránsito de Aeródromo se realizará exclusivamente al W del RCL.
- La circulación visual para RWY 21 debe realizarse por el sector W del RCL 03/21. / - Aerodrome traffic circuit will be exclusively to the W of the RCL. - The visual circulation for RWY 21 must be done through the W sector of the RCL 03/21.
INFORMAÇÃO SUPLEMENTAR: INFORMACIÓN SUPLEMENTARIA / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- CTN por presencia de aves en las proximidades del AD.
- Estacionamiento de aeronaves a requerimiento, coordinar 48 horas antes con Aeropuertos Argentina al móvil (+54 9 385) 5409188 o al teléfono (+54 385) 4343654, extensión 102; E-MAIL: sdeoperaciones@aa2000.com.ar, excepto vuelos sanitarios, humanitarios y de Estado.
- PSN NR 1 - Admite ACFT del tipo B-757-200, similar o menor porte. PSN NR 2 - Admite ACFT del tipo B-737-200, similar o menor porte. PSN NR 3, NR 4 y NR 5 - Admiten ACFT del tipo Metro III, similar o menor porte (hasta 16 m de envergadura).
- Movimiento en plataforma: No se iniciará el movimiento desde una posición en APN sin la autorización de la TWR.
- En todos los casos se deberá seguir con la rueda de nariz de la aeronave y a velocidad reducida normalizada, las líneas de eje de rodaje y entradas a los puestos de estacionamiento, a fin de conservar el margen de separación adecuado entre ACFT.
- Excepciones: Cuando ingrese una ACFT del tipo B-757-200, MD-80 o similar porte a APN desde RWY deberá hacerlo desde el rodaje principal.
- Cuando se encuentre una ACFT en la PSN NR 1, no podrá autorizarse el movimiento de ACFT de pequeño porte desde o hacia el sector de combustible 100-LL.
- Cuando la Autoridad Aeronáutica, considere necesario, podrá autorizar en coordinación con el Administrador de AA 2000, el ingreso y estacionamiento de ACFT en la APN que difieran de las establecidas en la presente disposición, con apoyo de señalero u otros medios disponibles que garanticen la seguridad de las OPS, principalmente por congestionamiento de APN, distribución de ACFT de la aviación general y cuestiones o tipos de ACFT no contempladas en éste documento.
- Ingresos: Los ingresos a las posiciones de la APN podrán realizarse utilizando la planta de poder de las ACFT en todos los casos y bajo la asistencia de un señalero.
- Salidas: Las ACFT estacionadas en las posiciones podrán iniciar el rodaje con la planta de poder propio (autónomas).
- CTN al iniciar la maniobra de rodaje, deberá observarse cuidadosamente la circulación de vehículos y personas en la APN y proximidades.
- Se recuerda que las ACFT tienen prioridad de circulación con respecto al tránsito de vehículos y peatones, por lo cual los responsables de Organismos, Administrador del Aeropuerto y Empresas que brindan servicios en la APN operativa, deberán adoptar las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su personal tenga conocimiento pleno de las presentes normas y medidas de seguridad aplicables durante su desplazamiento en la APN. / - CTN due to the presence of birds near the AD. - Aircraft parking on request, coordinate 48 hours before with Aeropuertos Argentina to the mobile phone number (+54 9 385) 5409188, or to the telephone number (+54 385) 4343654, extension 102; E-MAIL: sdeoperaciones@aa2000.com.ar, except sanitary, humanitarian and State flights. - PSN NR 1 –It may be used for ACFT of type B-757-200, similar or smaller size. PSN NR 3, NR 4 and NR 5 for ACFT of type Metro III, similar or smaller size (up to 16 m wingspan). - Movement on platform: Movement shall not be initiated from a position on APN without TWR authorization. - In all cases, the aircraft nose wheel shall continue with the aircraft nose wheel and at normalized reduced speed, the taxi axis lines and parking positions entries, in order to preserve the appropriate separation margin between ACFT. - Exceptions: When entering an ACFT of the type B-757-200, MD-80 or similar type bearing into APN from RWY it shall do so from the main taxiway. - When an ACFT is in PSN NR 1, the movement of small ACFT from or to the 100-LL fuel sector may not be authorized. - When the Aeronautical Authority considers it necessary, it may authorize, in coordination with the AA 2000 Administrator, the entry and parking of ACFT in the APN that differ from those established in this provision, with signaling support or other available means that guarantee the safety of the OPS, mainly due to APN congestion, distribution of ACFT from general aviation and issues or types of ACFT not contemplated in this document. - Entries: Entries to APN positions may be made using the ACFT power plant in all cases and under the assistance of a marshaller. - Departures: The ACFT parked at the positions may start taxiing with their own power plant (autonomous). - CTN when starting the taxiing maneuver, the circulation of vehicles and people in the APN and vicinity must be carefully observed. - It is reminded that the ACFT have priority of circulation with respect to the traffic of vehicles and pedestrians, therefore, the responsible of Agencies, Airport Administrator and Companies that provide services in the operational APN, must adopt the necessary measures to ensure that their personnel are fully aware of these rules and safety measures applicable during their movement in the APN.
